The Ritual
How to Wear
A fragrance is only a ritual if it's worn like one. Five steps between the bottle and the version of you it's meant to reveal.
-
Before you dress
Cleanse the Canvas
Apply to clean, slightly damp skin right after a shower — the warmth and moisture help the scent hold longer.
-
First touch
Find Your Pulse Points
Wrists, neck, and chest — pulse points radiate warmth that helps the fragrance bloom through the day.
-
Never rub
Let It Breathe
Rubbing crushes the top notes and breaks the fragrance's structure. Let it dry naturally in the air instead.
-
First ten minutes
Wear the Silence
The opening notes are loud by design. Give the scent a few minutes to settle before deciding what it is.
-
Midday, evening
Reactivate at Will
A light mist to the same pulse points revives the ritual without overwhelming it — presence, not excess.
Words From The Ritual
It Doesn't Just Smell Right. It Feels Right.
Real words from people who found their number — and the scent that was already waiting for them.
“I didn't expect a perfume to feel this personal. It's the first scent that's actually felt like me.”
“People keep asking what I'm wearing. I've stopped telling them — some things should stay a little mysterious.”
“The longevity is unreal for an Indian summer. Still there hours after I've forgotten I'm wearing it.”
“I was skeptical about the numerology angle until I actually read my Mulank profile. Uncomfortably accurate.”
Founder's story
It Started With a Number That Wouldn't Leave Me Alone.
The idea behind Old Ritual began with a simple belief: ancient wisdom can still have a place in modern life.
Our founder has always been deeply fascinated by Numerology, Astrology, and the wisdom of our Vedas and Shastras. But like most people living a fast-paced professional life, he understood one challenge—there is often no time to follow elaborate rituals, practices, or spiritual routines every day.
This led to a deeper question:
What if the wisdom of these ancient practices could become a part of our everyday life—without adding another ritual to our busy schedules?
“We're not building perfumes. We're building mirrors you can wear.”
